Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood

The Cellairis Amphitheatre in Lakewood is an Atlanta concert venue that opened in 1989. The amphitheatre can seat 18,920 (12,000 on the lawn; 7,000 seated). It was built to provide a state-of the-art musical experience for musicians and music fans. This venue was specifically designed for popular music.

The amphitheatre can be found at the Lakewood Fairgrounds, approximately 4 miles from downtown Atlanta. Phish and others have praised the amphitheatre as one of their favorite venues due to the high quality of the acoustics that are rarely found in lower-level roofed amphitheatres. Linkin Park performed "One Step Closer" by Projekt Revolution 2004 on their LPU 4 CD. They also used "The Little Things Give You Away", Projekt Revolution 2007, on their LPU7 CD. The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Encore Park opened in Alpharetta (Georgia), a wealthy suburb on the north-side of Atlanta, in 2008. This was a major outdoor venue for Metro Atlanta, along with Lakewood and Chastain Park Amphitheaters in Buckhead/Sandy Springs, and the Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater located on the south side of Peachtree City.

The venue was originally known as the Coca-Cola Lakewood Amphitheatre, which it was until 1999 when it was renamed to Lakewood Amphitheatre. The venue was renamed HiFi Buys Amphitheatre in 2001. The venue was renamed Lakewood Amphitheatre in 2008 after HiFi Buys filed for bankruptcy in 2007. The logo used by the facility was the same as the one before the name change to HiFi Buys Amphitheatre. Aaron's signed a naming-rights arrangement in May 2009. The venue was renamed Aaron's Amphitheatre of Lakewood. The venue was renamed Lakewood Amphitheatre in January 2016. Cellairis, a mobile phone accessories company, signed sponsorship rights in November 2017 and the venue officially became Cellairis amphitheatre at Lakewood.
